Annamite Resources Holdings Pte. Ltd. (ARH) is a precious and base metals exploration company incorporated in Singapore in May 2019, with operations in Laos through a Lao subsidiary named Annamite Resources Laos Co., Ltd (ARL).
We focus our exploration on gold, copper, and battery metals as vital input for the global transition to green energy.
In November 2021, we acquired a 70% ownership in an exploration project of 80 sq.km under Lao Hyundae Black Stone Co., Ltd (LHBS) and discovered a highly prospective porphyry copper-gold system named Sokdee.
Sokdee is located in the Hinherb District of Laos, about 100 km NNW of Vientiane. The known gold occurrences offer potential for early development and cash returns.
The Namthom, Mouk, and Boundary targets in the Sokdee tenement are surrounded by peripheral mineralization, reflecting a large NE–SW striking system of >6 km with three known porphyries and potential for additional blind porphyries and other mineralization styles.
During 2023, Annamite and Rio Tinto, a major mining and exploration company with the second-largest market capitalization in the mining sector, joined forces to explore the Sokdee Project. Annamite is conducting the current exploration phase, while Rio covers the exploration costs for the most recent field season.
A Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Lao Mining Development State Enterprise (LMD) was signed in March 2022, covering prospective projects in Vientiane province. Annamite is carrying out technical due diligence on several projects.
After signing an MOU in August 2023 to explore a new property named Vangma covering 148 sq.km adjoining Sokdee’s southern border, we signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) on 29 March 2024 with Douangchaleun Development Construction Sole Co., Ltd. (“DDC”).
Initial geochemistry soil sampling commenced in April 2024.
With US$3.9 million equity raised since mid-2019 (shares issued), Annamite can advance exploration activities at Sokdee and Vangma during 2024.
The company currently has 116M shares outstanding, held by 70 shareholders from Laos (33%), Europe (32%), Australia (13%), North America (8%), Asia (13%), and Africa (1%).
Annamite continues to expand its global shareholder base, recognizing the high-growth opportunity in Laos and the value of contributing to sustainable development within the country.
In 2026, ARH plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), the major market for junior mineral exploration companies.
