Annamite Resources Strengthens Ties with Namthom Village Through Environmental Clean-Up and Community Engagement

September 2025

Annamite Resources, together with Namthom villagers, carried out a Clean-Up and Planting Day that included cleaning village homes, roads, and riversides; constructing fences around the new waste dump to improve safety and cleanliness; and planting mango, longan, and flowering trees to beautify and rehabilitate the old waste disposal area. The event also featured interactive quizzes on waste management and environmental care, with prizes for correct answers.

Exploration with Integrity Begins in the Community

July 2025

Before we drill, survey, or explore, we build trust with the people who know the land best. Over the past few weeks, our teams have been on the ground, meeting with landowners, local leaders, and community groups across our project areas. These aren’t just check-ins—they’re real conversations about how we work, why we’re here, and how we can grow together.

Whether it’s updating land access records, repairing pathways after the rainy season, or simply answering questions, every small action makes a difference. As we prepare for the next phase of exploration, we’re proud of the partnerships we’re building—and grateful for the insight and support we’ve received along the way.

Here’s to transparency, shared understanding, and moving forward—together.

Causeway Restoration West of Namthom Village

September 2023

We have embarked on an essential infrastructure project to restore a deteriorating causeway west of Namthom Village within their Sokdee Project exploration area. This vital project not only addresses the pressing issue of erosion preventing access during monsoon but also prioritizes the safety of villagers and the exploration team. Despite the challenges posed by the wet season, Annamite’s commitment to this initiative remains unwavering.

Students at Ban Naxam School Received Support From Annamite Laos Team

March 2023

On March 30th, 2023, Annamite Resources held their team building activity together with the students of Ban Naxam school near our base camp in the Hinherb District, Vientiane Province of Laos. With the presence of our CEO Didier Fohlen, Annamite Resources donated around 8.7M Kip (US$500) worth of sportswear and sports equipment to the school’s varsity team, to continuously help the children’s endeavours. The Naxam School is where pupils from the villages of Namthom, Souanmone, Mouk and Navay go for elementary and secondary curricula. All these villages are on the periphery of the LHBS Sokdee exploration concession.

As part of our contribution to community development, we are starting in parallel next week a solid waste management project to improve health, safety and environmental conditions, offering sustainable solutions, including recycling and composting to the population of the villages mentioned above.

We are proud to announce that Annamite Resources has secured second place in the Small Company Category at the Lao Responsible Business Awards, hosted by LNCCI, Austcham Lao PDR, ECCIL, British Business Group Lao PDR, UK in Laos, Civitas Co., Ltd, the Embassy of Canada, and the EU in Laos.
We are the first junior exploration company recognized in Laos!
This achievement highlights our commitment to responsible minerals exploration, emphasizing social license to operate and community development as core pillars of our operations.

The award was received by Mr. Manopat Sripo, Annamite Resources Senior Geologist and Ms. Chan Mouanmany, Annamite Resources Senior Manager, Partner and Investor Relations.
