Senior Manager, Partners, and Investor Relations
With over 20 years of experience in Finance, Human Resources, and Investor Relations, spanning the education, utility, travel, and mining sectors, Chan brings a proven record in financial management, policy implementation, corporate governance, and stakeholder relations. Her background includes leading human resources operations and organizational development at Electricité du Laos (EDL), where she implemented nationwide personnel and payroll systems. With an MBA in Finance and fluency in Lao, Thai, and English, she is recognized for her strategic leadership, cross-cultural communication, and commitment to advancing sustainable business growth.

PAUL BURRELL

Chief Geologist
​​Paul is an Australian expatriate geologist with more than 35 years of continuous experience in mineral exploration project generation and management. Paul’s commodity experience includes platinum group metals, gold, base metals, and industrial minerals. He is a Registered Professional Geoscientist (RPGeo) with the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and is a Competent Person for precious and base metals in deposit types including porphyry/epithermal and sediment-hosted. Paul has worked in Laos since 2011, first with MMG at Sepon Mine, then since 2017, as a consultant for various clients in Laos. He was instrumental in recognizing the potential of the Sokdee Cu-Au-Mo porphyry systems.​

VILAKONE THAMMAVONG

Office Manager
Young joined Annamite Resources in August 2024. Born and raised in Vientiane Capital, he brings nearly a decade of experience in administration and operations, including leadership roles at Panyathip International School and within the logistics sector at Foodpanda and Xanh SM Laos. As Office Manager, Young oversees the day-to-day operations of the Vientiane office, supporting staff, managing resources, and driving operational improvements. His focus on efficiency has already resulted in improved delivery timelines and stronger support for field operations.

LEIAN MAE DULTRA

Communication Officer
Lei began as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Marketing Manager of HIT Equipment International, a Restaurant Machinery Company in Sydney. Before joining Annamite, Lei was working in Dubai for more than a year with the help of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism & Commerce to promote software online publication for a Canadian company. In parallel, she became nvolved in producing digital outputs, events management, marketing and branding and executive support for start-up companies. She gained valuable experience in emerging markets, mainly in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

MANOPAT “MANO” SRIPO

Senior Geologist
With over 13 years of field experience across Thailand, Laos, Tanzania, Mozambique, Mali, Guinea, and Zambia. His expertise spans porphyry-related copper-gold, orogenic and Carlin gold, and magmatic Ni-Co-PGE deposits, with a strong command of geological software such as Leapfrog, ioGas, MapInfo & Discover3D, and GPS systems. Currently, Manopat leads our exploration programs, from soil sampling and trenching to diamond drilling, focused on advancing Cu-Au-Mo porphyry prospects. Known for his technical knowledge and leadership in field operations, he is mentoring our local team. He exemplifies a results-driven approach to mineral discovery and resource development. He joined Annamite in June 2023.

RATHCHAPON “KLA” NHOOTONG

Geologist
A geologist with exploration experience in Thailand and Africa, Ratchapon holds a B.Sc. in Geology (Second Class Honors) from Chulalongkorn University with a focus on granitic rocks and REE mineralization. He has worked with Banpu in Indonesia, Tongkah Harbour in Tanzania, and Akara Resources at the Chatree Gold Mine in Thailand, gaining solid experience in mapping, sampling, drill logging, and exploration reporting. He joined Annamite in August 2025 and specializes in orogenic and low-sulfidation epithermal gold systems, with a strong interest in Cu-Mo porphyry deposits.
