Laos. This year we raised about $955,000 with existing and new investors, paid all the arrears owed by Lao Hyundae Black Stone (LHBS) to the government of Laos and maintained both Annamite’s cash position and it’s ability to find quality exploration projects.

We have formal approval to reinstate the Sokdee Exploration License owned by LHBS. Initially established by Hyundae Black Stone (HBS, Korea). Annamite now owns 70% of LHBS. All work related to the transfer of shares to Annamite and its Partners, and getting the formal licensing documents has been completed. We are just awaiting final approval to start field work. Positive results from the star Porphyry initial drill porgram will lead to fund raising of a few million dollars in 2022 in order to establish the outlines and tenor of the deposit.

Within the constraints of the COVID Pandemic, we have been able to progress on most of our objectives for 2021, and Annamite is looking forward in early 2022 to finally test the star Porphyry with scout drilling program and starting geochemistry programmes on new areas which will be secured.
